Actually none of those are unrealistically optimistics, for instance NX being more popular than Wii/DS and Zelda U selling 10m+ are unrealistically optimistics, things that I wrote are very posible no one would be suprised if that will turn out true. Also you have Poll for Metroid, "Will we see a REAL Metroid game announcement in 2016", and guess what, 38.67% - 58 said yes and 47.33% - 71 said no, do you consider those 58 people for unrealistically optimistics too!? If you relly curious you can make Poll about other maters and again see that things that I mentione to you are not unrealistically optimistics things, same like you made Poll about Zelda U for Wii U.

Depends of matter and most of all depends of what you consider for positive or negative, and like you said you self, you have very negative thinking.

I have never, ever seen you predict anything that's not rosy and positive.

Being a positive person is fine, but forecasting that absolutely everything ever will turn out great just isn't realistic. Sometimes things don't work out, that's life.

Again, depends what you think when you say rosy or positive, when I said that expecting NX will perform better than Wii U that isn't at all rose or positive it's very realistic, because Wii U performs terrible and its worst selling Nintendo console ever so it's very unlikely that Nintendo will release new console again with so many huge mistakes and that will perform worse than Wii U.

If you want we can make bet about my views, views about Star Fox length (not having length of SF64), Pikmin being Wii U title also, Metroid Prime being announced at E3, NX perform better than Wii U, and Zelda U with combine sales WiiU/NX with 6-7m will become one of the best selling Zelda game ever. I say at least 3 of 5 my predictions will come true, you will win if only 2 or less my predictions are not true!?

-It's almost certain that Zelda U will score very well because every 3D Zelda scored very well. That isn't really positive prediction, that is very realistic prediction. :)

-Yes that is realistic and positive in same time.

-Splatoon reaching 5m also realistic and positive in same time.

-Mario Kart 8 outselling Double Dash is very realistic because MK8 sales were 5.9m on 30.September and have attach rate of around 50% on Wii U, so LT will easy sell another million and pass Double Dash.

-Thats a positive view, because Smash Bros 64 sold around 5.5 while Smash Bros U had sales of 4m on 30.September, and Smash Bros U definitely has smaller attach rate than Mario Kart 8 for example.

But do you not understand that you expecting everything to turn out positive means you'll be wrong about a lot of things? It's like expecting every single coin flip to come up heads, just not gonna happen.

Also said before, also depends of matter we are talking about, yes I have positive opinons about things we curently arguing about (and reason why we arguing about them is because we have different views about those things, we don't arguing about things we both agree), but for instance I dont think that Smash Bros U will outsell Smash Bros 64.
