Imho the tribute wasn't anything special, it looked like they searched online "Iwata" and then they showed the first images they found... still Reggie's speech was good.

Well, they showed "stuff", and we got a Direct weeks ago. So, I think the problem this time is all of those how expected this show to be another Direct. *shrugs*
