Dave made mistakes in his music decisions but he has realized it on time to change as the last 2 albums were rather good.

They did release couple albums that sucked ass but if we look at history...

Metallica suckage - 1995 - Present
Megadeth suckage - 1999 - 2004

All I can say is Megadeth rule.

Megadeth is a very good band, and Dave Mustaine was supposed to be in Metallica himself!
Their best music was made in the 80's and early 90's, most albums after that are very similar and tell no new tales.
Also; the whole "we hate the country we live in" message gets old, they should refresh themselves and go back to golden olden days!

well they tecnically always were anti american leaders..... but the new album i would say on the awesomeness lvl of Coundown to extinction... they went back to the old 3 minute (exageration of course) guitar solos and whatnot which i love

Yeah, Dave was supposed to be a member, it's kinda weird. Apparently Dimebag Darrell was offered the position of guitarist after Marty Friedman.
