I don't exactly  know how long it last but if it didn't end already it should end sometime soon. I'm wondering what would be the main bundle from now on, or will they continue the promotion for gears.

I think Fallout 4 should be MS main bundle for the holidays and a US$ 349 Halo 5 Bundle for early 2016.

Well, seeing as this is where everything stood as of Christmas day we shouldn't see much more movement in the monthlies. The only thing I don't get is where the hell the COD bundle is in the monthlies.

Down to third =~[ we could have had PS4 at first if not for supply issues.

COD bundle will take a while to get into the monthly
As I already said week 1 and 3 were the biggest. That's why being #1 sku in week 4 isn't yet enough to chart. Week 4 isn't that big, a lot of its days are slow/dead, specially on online stores. The real Xmas craze happens on the weekend before, not Xmas week itself.
And once again the importance of not relying too much on the hourlies.. COD was barely ever ahead of Gears yet the weekly shows it has sold quite a bit more than it on that week. That is because the bundle did not exist before and had no ranking, while the Gears one had been hovering around the top 20 for many days. Honestly they shouldn't even be called hourlies..it's an inaccurate name. I'm not sure what I'd call them though. Well their description isn't really a lie. What happens hourly is the rate of updates. But they are not updates on hourly sales
