It is looking like ps4 might win the holidays in the US after all even after xb1 having "the best games lineup in xbox history". To be honest, I was expecting a clear win for xbox one.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Sony take Dec mush easier than it's taken Nov.
The PS5 Exists.
Ps4 has also been both #1 AND #2 at GameStop for about 5 days as well. Tho the #2 says it only releases 12/4...? They appear to be the same bundle.

Get out of my pool ya whipper-snapper!
I see the Gears bundle is listed for $327 from 3rd parties "fulfillment by Amazon". There are a particularly large number of 3rd parties "fulfillment by Amazon" selling for between $327 and $335. Are these people who bought a whole bunch of Gears bundles for $299 during BF and then immediately re-listed them for sale to make a quick $25-$30 profit? If you add in the number of 3rd parties selling this bundle below $249 it's 7 1/2 pages of 3rd party sellers or about 75 (re?)sellers.
I don't want to go all flamey with suggesting a large number of Xb one's were sold to re-sellers on BF. But if you compare 75 (re?)sellers "fulfullment by Amazon" with prices up to $22 cheaper than the current MSRP, to cheapest NDC 3rd party sellers are $343, only 6 of them and none are "fulfullment by Amazon". There's something curious going on here.
For all consoles that have a very short term price cut I guess you're going to get people who buy low and then re-sell with a modest margin. But the difference with the PS4 and Xb one listings is quite notable. But maybe that's because NDC and SWBF are going to be back at $299 in a couple of days, so the re-sellers of PS4 are perhaps biding their time for now?
Why is Wii U more or less back to full price? Is that just Amazon or is it everywhere. Has Nintendo not increased production to meet a sustained increase in demand? That would be really unfortunate for Nintendo if they knew the demand was there but it is unable to supply it. Another mis-step by them in a generation that has been full of mis-steps?

Megaton.
And there's another week of good sales coming up before the onslaught of two ps4 bundles at 299.
Don't forget that people are buying NDC bundle because fo Uncharted 4 MP beta.

Yes, and on the 6th they'll be buying the NDC bundle for the UC Beta AND the $300 as well as buying the Star Wars Bundle for $300

It's a pity SWBF is rather a disappointing game. Given all you get is a plain PS4 and a Star Wars themed cardboard box and a mediocre game I wonder how well the $300 SWBF bundle will do. the NDC bundle is superior to the SWBF bundle especially since you do actually get multiplayer content as well as 3 great singleplayer games, albeit at a beta and for a short period of time.
I wonder how many people are going to by the SWBF $299 bundle on the back of movie hype only to suffer from buyer's remorse because the game is a major disappointment, especially to anyone who actually wants to play a singleplayer game. How many people who only have a mostly modest interest in video games and thus might not know there is no story campaign in SWBF will buy the SWBF bundle only to be hugely disappointed when they find out they don;t get to play an adventure story in the Star Wars universe? The $299 SWBF deal is definitely aimed at people who are hyped on the movie but who may not be well educated on the game.
