I can't start online matches with friends because I have a huge problem. I added around 20 people but they all say "Awaiting Registraton". Yes, I know they have to add me back, and they have, yet nothing changes. I still have the "Awaiting Registration" sign up right next to my friends' names, ALL of them.

My Brawl code is:

1203-9035-1258

Also, I have another problem: When I try to play a "With Anyone" match, I just stand at the waiting room til' I get disconnected and sent back to the main menu.

If you have any idea how to fix this, let me know ASAP!

P.S. My wireless connection is really good, so that isn't the problem.

Sounds like my online Brawl experience. The only online feature that's worked well for me is spectating other people's matches.

My router is kinda dodgy though, so I wasn't sure whether I ought to blame the software or servers at all.

give it time takes about 24hours to OFFICALLY register users. Just like the wii firend codes.

I added my friends around 3 days ago though, and they did the same.

There's gotta be a bug with it, I've added a few people who are friends of mine through my Wii friends list and some of them show up as available in the game but I'm unable to share levels I created with them because there name isn't listed in that section.

Are you really sure they added you?  Maybe they're not really your friends.

What region are they in? Are you in? Sounds like what happened to be in Strikers - as we are in different regions, couldn't add each other at all?

Maybe you need to just start an online Brawl with friends, pick your guy and stage and let it sit on the "Registering Friends" screen where you can beat up the Home Run punching bag for a while.


There needs to be an easier way to set this crap up. About a third of the people I've added are still "awaiting registration." I think everyone needs to try setting up a Brawl at some point. Maybe this is how the information gets transferred to Nintendo's servers. Don't just try to join them, try to set them up.

I didn't start seeing registered friends until I started setting up Brawls.

I don't have any problem with it at all. It does take a while in the waiting room sometimes. Once you get a group of players though, there is no waiting at all. I really with they would have used rooms that you could join instead of having the automatic partnering thing.
