I don't know Bethesda that well but people seem pessimistic, with the game looking like it does drops to about 20fps must be fixable without doing anything too dramatic? I mean sometimes it drops in stupid places where it has to be a 'mistake' rather than just lots of stuff on the screen on in the background.

You'd bet surpised on how games work. You may not see it. But lots of stuff can be loaded and unloaded, which causes the fps problem. It's still a optimization problem they should fix.

6 months from now or never. They've been known to just leave a good bit of bugs as is.

Ive been playing the game for 10+ hours and it runs fine, i dont understand the commotion honestly...of course it has some issues, but it is 100% playable.

The internet is exagerating. There might be one, but it wont make a very noticeable difference because its already hardly noticeable... for a 30 fps game. I only notice it when its autosaving.

If it was a 60fps patch then it would be awesome. At the cost of resolution or something. Maybe a mod will eventually come out that offers that.

I purposely dediced to wait on Fallout 4 because Beth games are glitchy and unstable at launch.

Why should they? People buy their broken games anyway. It was obious that fallout 4 would launch with many bugs. If you bought it anyway, sorry but own fault.
