Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Twilight Princess HD PRICE???

Are you going to get it?

YES!!!! 25 41.67%

Keeping my GC or Wii version 17 28.33%

Yes, but looks the same 18 30.00%

Total:60

These HD ports never look that much better. I remember barely noticing anything different when I play Zone of Enders HD and the likes.

Like seriously it looks the same.

It doesn´t, people usually remember games looking way better than they actually look. But the reality is:

Yeah, it's a nice cleanup job.  I think if they had completely replaced a few key models (characters and distant architecture like the castle) it would have been better.

I'll get it cause I never played much of TP at all.  Never liked the motion controls of the Wii version, they were very basic.  So this has traditional controls, it's cleaner, and will probably have convenient gamepad functions like WW HD.  So yeah, I'll probably grab this version.

That castle alone makes the entire game looks worse sadly. But the texture quality is ok and the game looks way better even if it does not look impressive or very eye catching like WW.

And yeah motion controls and super blurry graphics are 2 of the biggest reasons to not play this game again, but this solves that and adds the nice gamepad features so I'm probably buying it, not sure if day 1 though, it depends on how many new stuff comes with the game and how many money I have left since I think #FE comes just the previous month and SFZ comes in a month later.

Man, I used to be excited about it but not so much anymore. It looks exactly the same!

I buy pretty much anything Zelda related, and it's a remaster of one of my favourite games ever, so yeah, I'm buying it. Hopefully I can get my hands on the Amiibo bundle.

$49.99 without amiibo and $59.99 with Amiibo.

I'll get the amiibo bundle :)!

Those were the prices I was thinking.  They did the same thing with Mario Party 10.

$50 with the amiibo included seems fair.

On what planet does it look the same?  It's vastly improved.

So probably by now all of u have seen the TWP HD announcement.

Actually for like the first minute, I thought it was the Wii version and I was waiting for the visuals to........shift!?

Likeriously it looks the same. I will get it anyways cuz I dont have my wii copy anymore and I am a Zelda fan. se

So what do u guys think the price will be. I think they added in that amiibo to retail the game+ the amiibo figure for 50$.

60$ would be way to much for that rushed port that they obviously made to fill in the gap for Zelda U

Oh and Zelda U looks freaking amazing!!!!!! Cant waint

Doesn't look the same. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSjP7qxsSzk

About price, I hope 40e in Europe like some other Nintendo games in Europe.

In Japan, the special edition will cost 7236 Yen, which is now about $59, so I guess it's safe to say it'll be $59.99 in the USA. Regular edition probably 49.99.
