Yeah if you have a pc and ps4 and want the best version of these Japanese games, the ps4 is often the best to get.

Why is that? What is the advantage of the PS4 version vs. PC version? I don't think that was even relevant to what Outlawauron was saying anyway.

What I so read on the internet is that pc ports from japanese games aren't that great or good or in this case most people hope that the port of dragon quest heroes will be better then the normal pc port from koei tecmo or square enix.

Ah I see. Probably the worst PC port I played from a Japanese company was the first Dark Souls. All of the problems I had (poor kb+mouse controls) and 720p graphics would not really have been alleviated if I bought the console version. I was able to use third party solutions to get the game running at 1440p and use a PS3 controller.
I think the problem PC gamers have with Japanese ports are that they are copy and pasted from the console, and therefore don't take advantage of what PC has to offer. The last few multiplat games I've played on PC were quite decent though (Valkyria Chronicles, FFXIII - after update, and Tales of Zesteria.) For the first two the experience was better than I had on PS3, albeit only marginally so (better framerates/visuals.) Zesteria was actually quite excellent with taking advantage of what PC gaming can add.

There are additional graphics options, a great keyboard and mouse alternative to gamepad controls, etc.
