Forums - Nintendo - You got 27 days Nintendo...

So we are 27 days away from (more than likely) the most ambitious title on the Wii U this gen, Xenoblade Chronicles X. The question is, has anyone seen any commercials? A full blown localized voice acted trailer? Any mention of the last 2 specials that are supposed to be out before the game releases? Any push by Nintendo whatsoever?

The official website isn't even up yet.

I'm starting to think this Direct they are going to have before years end is going to be to push this game back to 2016, lol. (Just kidding.... For the most part.)

Lol clicked thinking this was going to be some arbitrary threat.

Yeah I'm surprised they are so late on this too. I know GameXplain got access to the build not to long ago, so maybe they are getting ready to do something

At this b point a direct aint going to do anything for their holiday sales imho

We are still before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We are in a VERY crucial time these next few weeks to get hype.

They posted a few Skell flying vids and talk extremely highly about the game... Maybe more to cone though.

Eh... Zelda is the most ambitious game....

And to be honest they promote the game more than they did with Xenoblade on Wii.

That's a guess at best, and being both are completely open world, we also have to take into account that Xenoblade isn't cell shaded, it has multiplayer, it has voice acting, there is TONS of customization, and there is no load screens in an absolutely MONSTEROUS sized world. I'm not saying (nor have I ever said) that it is fact that Xenoblade X is the most ambitious, but lets not pretend it couldn't be.

1) nope no commercials, no voiced acted trailers, no specials... no push by nintendo.

*Nintendo has controlling rights, but dont own the company pr say right? I mean profits made by XCX goes to monolith and not really nintendo?

So their more like a 2nd party or 3rd party company.  Nintendo never really push anything other than their own 1st party games.

2) Hopefully the Direct has lots of XCX in it, and not to announce a delay.

Most ambitious title on WiiU? Zelda isnt coming out this year.

I'd say the jury is still out on Zelda U being the most ambitious title. We shall see though.

Monolith Soft is a subsidiary of Nintendo. I think 97% shares are owned by Nintendo and 3% shares owned by Monolith Soft founders.
