I can not speak to much for Black Ops 3 but I would say Advanced Warfare looks better than Halo 5, Halo has always been a series that concentrates on its gameplay more than graphics.

No, you're right. BO3 360 looks significantly worse than BO2 360.

360 was the lead platform for BO2. The BO3 on last-gen versions seem to be downports with very little budget.

Yeah, it is pretty obvious they put little to no effort on it.  This looks easily a $30 game.

Damn this looks terrible. This is like MW2 graphics. BO2 graphics are better than this for last gen.

I have to admit, the difference is pretty big. But they could make a prettier game for both generations, I'm sure.

Yeah, that was my suspicion and I'm pretty sure they deliberately made the 7th Gen version so much worse so that people upgrade and actually pay them 110$.

Both look bad compared to battlefront. Battlefront is just on another level.

Hmm...I think my eyes are broken because I can't notice the difference. Hehe, just kidding! I still only own a PS3 and I don't plan on buying BO3 for it.

Nah, if that was their focus then it'd make more sense to just not release a 7th gen version at all. They might get some extra sales, but purposely releasing a shitty product would likely do more harm to the brand than good. To be honest, ignoring the lack of SP, it doesn't actually look that bad (relative to past 7th gen CoD titles), especially considering it's obviously far from their main priority.

but why does black ops 3 look worse  on ps3 and xbox 360 than what black ops 2 did, ghosts and advanced warfare
