Atleast the view distance seems far, and theres little to no alisasing to see (no jaggies).

On the PS3 version of fallout3, there was jaggies aplenty, and shorter view distances than the PC.

A big differnce between pc & console.

 

This game, the PC version will probably look almost identical to the ps4 version.

I wouldn't say identicle down to the nail, if anything mods are going to keep the distance going (yes we all know consoles will get *some* mods but not every mods under the sun).

OT:After skimming through the thread twice, I can actually see more people complaining against those who like improved visuals or just better visuals in general. I get that some of you don't play games for visuals (dunno why you wanted a current gen system if you didn't care about visuals and just went with alst gen or pong), but some people can actually like both gameplay and nice visuals, different preferences and all that, not wrong with liking to see improved graphical fidelity. The one thing I do hate seeing is some folk pressing down on others on how we should all like what they like in terms of visuals or gameplayt and if we don't we're atuomatically spoilt to fuckery, only until we hold their views are we not spoilt, I'm actually sick of seeing people forcing that on other gamers.

Also I think some are forgetting that Beth are still using a really old engine that they tooled around a bit with over the years but at the core it's still very old and it is definitely showing.

I think it looks really good. The graphics in the revealing gameplay looked great.

What a ridiculous exaggeration.  There is a MASSIVE difference between being okay with something like Fallout 4 graphics and "not caring" or prefering pong.  I hate those kind of all-or-nothing fallacies.  

Besides that, the idea that improved system hardware only benefits graphics is silly when the benefits to gameplay are far more meaningful.
