They hate having their games perform better than on the original platform it released for.

Should probably wait a few generations so there's actually a point to the remasters (better graphics).

Hopefully the eshop would at least be backward compatible to avoid the need for remasters. However, another power pc home console is only good for Nintendo and a big turn off for everyone else in the industry. I guess they could add the power pc ontop of it but NX needs to be as cheap as possible. Whatever Nintendo decides to do with backward compatibility will be interesting indeed.

There is absolutely no need to remaster any of Nintendo's Wii U titles. If the NX for some reason isn't backwards compatible, all first party Wii U games should be ported and repackaged I think, or be sold through the eShop.
But upgrade them graphically? There is absolutely no need to.

I don't really see the need for them to... they can just make sequels for the popular games like MK9, Smash 5, etc.

Maybe Zelda U, but I'll leave that for another time :p

I don't know but not ONE FUCK will be given by me. I bought them on Wii-U, and that's where they'll stay.

I want BC or all the decent Wii U games to be ported. There is around 8-10 titles that I'd like to play and I'd like to be able to do it on the NX.
