I feel bad for criticizing it. Dealing with EA DLC made me quickly think they were trying to rip me off.

It's a normal anime girl with pigtails. She's wearing ear muffs and a hooded winter coat. She's motioning to put her hood on over her head, I assume. Not sure where it is from, but I can tell that much.
