Forums - Microsoft - 343i Details Banning Procedures in Halo 5

Killing team mates can be a tricky ban so I hope they balance it, otherwise I think it sounds reasonable.

Not really. There is no reason to "repeatly" kill your team mates in Halo. I mean an accident can happen, even 2 times... But at some point it is very obvious and if multiple reports are in they will just look at the replay and it should pretty obvious if the player was an asshole or not.

Around the Network

They won't ban you right away. If the average is 1 teammate kill every two or three matches and there is a guy who average two kills a match. That is the guy who might get banned.

All of those I can agree with except leaving early since that doesn't define a player who actually decides he's accepted defeat or needs to leave early due to something coming up IRL, you are effectively punishing that player simply for having issues with something irl or when he actually accepts defeat and you are just forcing him to slog through something he's already come to terms with, this is something I really dislike about the MOBA genre and other PVP type games, there needs to be a valid option to which I can leave because I know I've actually met my match, yes there is such a valid thing as meeting your match and knowing when to actually quit and it's oh so very valid in gaming as it is in sports or any other competition, it's not all hugely based on pure rage quitting.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

I'm kinda reckless, I sometimes betray people on accident

What about voice bans? I got banned on my first day of H4 for talking shit lmao

Hope the disconnect bans are lenient. My internet is terrible during winter storms. I assume if I haven't been banned in previous Halo's this will be fine. *cross fingers*
