Fire Emblem Fates, Genei Ibun Roku # FE and Nier 2. Dragon Quest VII, VIII and XI would be here too, but I'm not confident in a 2016 release for the west.

Second tier would be Return to PoPoLoCrois, Bravely Second, Star Ocean 5 and Persona 5.

Tales of Berseria wont come out next year in the west 100% sure. It always takes them almost a year to localise.

My most antecipated is Persona 5.

After that i am afraid of it but Star Ocean 5, if it ends up beeing good (but i have my doubts). I really want the series to carry on though.

My wish is that Game Arts is making Grandia 4 though. It needs to happen.

On other fronts... maybe Trails of cold steel 2 if i enjoy the first one... oh and of course... Fire emblem Fates! This is actually number 2. I just totally forgot about it (had to. Its a painful wait).

-Persona 5
-Star Ocean 5
-Dragon Quest XI
-Final Fantasy XV
-SMT x FE

Although it seems likely that Dragon Quest XI won't make it westward until later. Still, it's going to be a hell of a year for JRPGs.
