I actually maintained a PS Now subscription for 6 months when it first came out. I cancelled my sub when is started playing ESO and never logging into PSNow.

I'll probably reup my sub when they actually add some more RPGs to the sub. I already platted FFXIII, and the SJRPG on the sub gets frustrating at a certain point.

Not now, but once its library is as big as it should be, meaning PS1, PS2, and PS4 games, definitely. Though it'll be interesting to see if Gamespy can beat it in the library race. I could go with that instead.

I don't know if we'll be seeing PS4 games anytime soon (too difficult to run I imagine) but it would be sweet for them to add a bunch of PS1/2 games.

it's not too difficult to run at all. The only reason it's not on PSNow is because Sony would be competing against itself, in which case PSNow would clearly be the superior option for most people, as it would have a larger library of games while being cheaper than owning a PS4. PSNow would cannibalize PS4 sales.
