Its probably a good thing that Forza flopped so now they can take a break. I mean really, a good racer should be able to last you more than one year.

When a game is the worst selling in the franchise in it's launch month there's no way of spinning it. That's not the definition of "legs" at all....

Well,a remake is the biggest exclusive on ps4 this holiday isn't it? And nice to ignore that forza launched mid September. But that's the nice thing about data, everyone can spin them to make his system look better.


Huh? But until dawn launched in august. I think that puts until dawn at the disadvantage, not Forza...


Until Dawn launch on the last week of August so most of the sales actually went to September. F6 launch on the 18th of September which actually gave F6 a "disadvantage". However the holidays will give F6 a boost like what Forza 5 got as well as the launch advantage(and bundles).

No. I'm not ignoring anything.

Digital is not that big in UK for any console... add 30% for these 30k and you have less than 50k yet.

In 2009 the install base of 360 was LESS than install base of Xbone in UK... about 1.5m for 360 lol

The game flopped hard... people needs to stop to spin things.

2009? Nice comparing the 360's 37th month on the market in the UK compared to the Xbox One's 23 months. I'm also sure the 360 sold more than 1.5 million in 37 months which would make the Xbox One unbelievably successful in the UK.

Wow can't believe Until Dawn beat out Forza, usually racing games rule in UK.

Can't imagine how bad the sales must be everywhere else.

Wow Until Dawn actually sold more than FM6? Most of the sales come week 1 so this pretty much confirms that Forza 6 bombed.

Yes and this chart includes week 1 sales for both games. Read the article, the sales period ran from August 23rd to September 26th. Until Dawn released August 28th. It's a whole month of sales against week and a half. Not to mention Forza is more likely to sell digital copies, but there's no way for me to prove this so feel free to ignore my opinion.

As for Forza, I think it hasn't done quite as good as it deserves but I'm sure it'll have legs. It's definitely time to take a break from the series tho.

Oh you're right, but still, Until Dawn, a super extreme niche game outsells FM6? Yeah, it still bombed. It's definitely is the worst selling forza game in UK(going by actually sales units given).

It's a quality game with good ratings and it's like a mainstream horror movie. There's not many games like that on the market so I don't think why you are downplaying it now. But I see you've already made up your mind so have it your way.
