I'm just curious, once the nicotine is out of your system, and your body has adjusted, shouldn't the cravings have stopped, or is it a psychological thing?

Great job. Just make sure to avoid any temptations, but doing what you have done is both significantly better for your health and your wallet.
Good for you! Buddy.

Good for you! Various members of my family have had a lot of trouble quitting. It's great to see that you were able to do it!

No, it's a psychological thing too.
The "physical" addiction only lasts for around 3-4 days---sweating, dizzyness, shortness of breath, headaches, sleepiness, etc., etc.
But the psychological addiction is MUCH, MUCH worse...it lasts for a long, long time!

@Stof,
Lol, that looks pretty damn good...but I have to watch my buddies and family have them all the time so I'm use to it.
