Directly by Amazon. People have probably moved on to the newer bundles now. Perhaps an extra incentive like Fallout 4 would bring it to the top ;)

Looking at the current situation, I would say yes it has a chance. Also, if anything , the Xbox One Halo 5 bundle is trending below its currently monthly rank.
If I recall correctly the Destiny bundle returned yesterday morning, like about 24-30 hours ago
I see no reason for it to move up much with the other LEs around the corner and the cheaper NDC bundle

You are right. Just 2 days ago the restock date for Amazon said November 5th. It just returned.
