IMO Paris Games Week could be this month's decider. Just imagine what would happen IF Sony would announce a $50 pricecut available the day after for every single bundle.

And a 2015 Holiday release date for NMS! <3

Quick question guys. Based on what we know. And acknowledging the popularity of Halo, do you think that the Xbox One or PS4 will win October?

Based on what I remembered back in xb360 days.  xb1 might still have a chance due to those waiting to buy a console for halo.  Halo always provided a good first week for xb360.  Remain to be seen if it will be enough to cover whatever gap ps4 might have.

I don't think there is any chance of all bundles being cut myself. If there is a price cut, I think it will just be for the basic model. The other bundles are selling fine as they are, and the extra $100 can be justified by the $60 game that comes with it, the special design of the console and double the storage space.

But SW is just 500gb in the US. Sure, it also comes with the ps2 classics but hardly justifies additional 50 bucks over the TTK bundle IMO

Unless Sony's plan is to sell an high but not crazy amount of those 2 bundles and then switch to regular, cheaper bundles once Black Friday hits (and throughout December). Normal 500gb PS4 with SW+BO3 even at 399.99 (which would be doable if the bundles with 1 game are reduced to 350) would do wonders, MS would have to bleed loads of money again to counter that even with Halo. Regardless they better not try to persevere with those 2 bundles at 450 throughout the holidays, that's be the same mistake they made last year with white Destiny which initially sold every well but then faded due to losing value (not just to XB1 but also other ps4 deals)

The bundle is called the Xbox One Fallout 4 Bundle, and it features a Black Xbox One with a 1TB hard drive, the critically-acclaimed Fallout 4, and a full-game download of Fallout 3.

How can Fallout 4 be "critically-acclaimed" if it hasn't released yet, and afaik hasn't actually had any critical reviews yet?

It is critically acclaimed because the bank accounts have already been fed

Ah. Good point

Halo 5 Bundle fell back again into the 70s.

Halo 5 bundle was #56 when I went to bed and now it's back to 74 and the Madden and gears bundles are back out of the top 100. And the COD bundle is now above the halo bundle. I feel this is going to be a rollercoaster ride of a month.
