Forums - Nintendo - Majora's Mask 3D really difficult for me...

Only 3D Zelda I haven't finished - not because I find it hard, I just thought time rewinding was annoying and overall it felt bit OoT recycled.

I remember back when I first played it on my N64 that I couldn't advance past the Snowhead Temple at the point where you had to get a good rolling start as Goron Link and hop across to the other side of the temple. I literally worked on that part for a few days before learning I needed to fill my magic meter up some so Goron Link would get the spike roll haha Other then that, I really didn't have many issues completing the game.

I still have yet to play this game so I really hope there is a sale or discount for this game.. :/

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

I have a confession to make... I have never beaten Majora's Mask. I played it on the new 3ds and I couldn't finish it. I couldn't even make it past the first challenge where you need to find those kids. I hated it. Zelda with time limit? But I want to take all the time that I need! :(

Maybe I'll try to play it in the future and see what happens. I know the game is amazing and I want to see it for myself.

It's maybe the hardest 3D Zelda game, so it's normal if you're stucked. I had a hard time beating it in the past, when it was released. But I think there are hardest Zeldas out there. I was incapable of beating both Oracles, Zelda II and Zelda NES. Keep trying, once you get used to it, you will have a blast.

Besides the NES games, yeah, Majora's is probably the hardest. Just remember that playing the Song of Time backwards slows down time by half. Makes dungeoning much easier and less stressful.

I never go into this game back in the day. I din't enjoy the dark tone and constant feeling of doomsday from the game. I think it's bout time I give this game another chance and I need to get the Prima collection Majora's Mask guide to complete the collection.

Yeah MM can be a pretty difficult game. Moreso in regards to sidequests and knowing what to do at what times. I would recommend just exploring everywhere you go and keeping track of everything the game puts in the notebook.

I had 2: how do I transport the Deku Princess and how do I help the goron ghost.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

It's easy learning the song to slow down time unless you ignore everything, I think you can find the scarecrow in 2 places (unless it's somewhere else and I'm not aware) in Clock Town. Once you get the song of time and its inverted version everything is easier.

Now I agree that the game it's pretty damn hard. First temple is not a big deal but the other ones... I remember the first time I played Stone Tower temple I didn't even get to the half of it with time slowed down.. lol
