I'll explain it in one word: Minecraft

Yes building blocks wise. But once you've defeated the ender dragon there isn't much more value to continue playing, you're not rewarded for what you build, you're left to make your own fun.

Dragon quest builders isn't a block builder with rpg elements, it's a rpg with block building elements. It seems like it will have that longetivity in gameplay that mc doesn't have

Amazon Japan, it´s the same as other AAA games there so I guess if it comes over it will be $60 too.

I hope it´s cheaper though, I´m definitely interested in it.
