what the hell?!?  what's wrong with tennis,.. i demand an asnwer!  tennis is just as good genre as any other.

tennis is great but.. 60 dollars? lol.

its like tetris. i love tetris, but if they released a brand new retail release of tetris, it better have some crazy ass additions to it before it can be considered a 60 dollar release.

Well, that's not like you had a lot of choices if you want a new tennis game...

Huh. I'll take it then. Nice one though.

Celebrate now, but wait for the U.S. price...

Good to know, I wonder if it'll have online at such a price, and if it does what else can the game offer

Typically, if a game in a Nintendo franchise doesn't have online prior, and then its not havily mentioned, chances are its not coming

Regardless, im still excited for it. ill probably be disappointed, but im going to give it a shot anyway and hope nintendo doesnt fuck me over like they did with Mario Party 10. I hate Mario Party 10.

I know a guy who got a chance to play this at E3, and his impression was that it was seriously underwhelming, even among the rest of Nintendo's somewhat disappointing floor show. Maybe the final product will have a bit more substance, but as it stands, it seemed pretty obvious to me at the time that this was just a budget title.

I wish Nintendo could have put their efforts into games that'll sell. Get ready for this thing to tank big time.

I didn’t make too much of it at the time, but retailer Newegg recently added a listing to its website for Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash. Consumers can reserve it for $39.99, which is supposedly $20 in savings. I’d wager that it’s instead the game’s final price point.

The Nintendo UK store also just put up its listing for Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash. It can be pre-ordered for £39.99, and since this is Nintendo’s store, that’s about as official as things get.

I'm glad that they are pricing it down.

£39.99 is a pretty typical UK retail price. (that equates to about $60) Captain Toad launched at £34.99.

@ $40, I might just pick it up. I'm still missing a few gems from my Wii U collection, though. I might just pick up a classic of yesteryear instead. Let's hop Nintendo holds some good sales this Holiday, to make up for shifting most of their AAA titles to 2016.

That actually makes a big difference now, especially since their is an online element to it. Likely to purchase now.
