I have a feeling Level's game is Ni No Kuni and that game did really well in the west and that's why I'm going to say it will be revealed at a western conference either this Paris Games Week or PSX.

Yeah, you're spot on here. First, it's not going to be announced until it has released in Japan, because XSEED will have to approach Falcom about localizing it. Then it'll be up to them to announce it. I'm sure they'd love to at PGW/PSX, but I don't think Sony would be interested.

See above. It'll come, but I don't think it's a PSX/PGW announcement. And it's far too early too.
I think it'll struggle to hit mainstream exposure no matter how much they promote it. It's anime-styled and niche.
Level 5 game will be shown at Paris Games Week or Playstation Experience. I am sure.
Ys 8? Falcom is too busy right now with Tokyo Xanadu, I guess we will see Ys 8 next year at Tokyo Game Show.
