Nintendo - I don't think they're particular good at anything in particular. The one positive thing that they have is the fact that they make JRPGs, even though it's one per generation.

Sony - Wide variety of good/great quality first party games.

Microsoft - I don't think they're particular good at anything in particular either. They do have the cash though.

Sony- PSN going down, Mediocre Exclusives, Small Controller, Announce games really early, Long E3s
MS- Dropped Kinect, Need more variety of games, Need to entice the European market more if they ever plan to win a generation.
And Nintendo is perfect the way they are.
