Nintendo plan is that they advertise the console games via their mobile games.

I'm well aware. To be clear, I'm trying to imply that their priority should be advertising their main games. Recently they've become better at it, but only with a key titles. Making advertisements that focus on their mobile games and then advertising their main games on said mobile platform sounds great on paper and is even logical, but their accumulated history and the current market represents a situation in which a traditionally sound and logical process would cause them short term gain as well as detract from their current status as a company toward that very short term goal.

EDIT: to further clarify, they should, of course, advertise their games on mobile, but not give it a push in other mediums where console games should be. On that note, I agree with your previous post

...uh yes? They should advertise most of their games unless they're super niche. And even then if the benefit of improved image is worth the loss. As the Wii U's situation proves, not marketing is not an option. You have to market if you want a product to succeed.

They have to advertise their big mobile games like pokemon go

Yeap, why not? After all they'll need to stand out from the crowd. There are so much rubbish on the App Store/google Play.
