The next game by Vanillaware might be showcased by Sega at Tokyo Game Show, and it might be titled “Juusan Kihei Boei Ken” or “13th Machine Soldier Defense Area.”

The new Tokyo Game Show line-up page by Sega used to hide the following lines before they were removed this morning.

As you can see, they indicate a game for PS4 and PS Vita named “十三機兵防衛圏,” and here is the catch: the same title appeared in the new year illustration published by Vanillware in 2013. You can check it out at the top of the post.

Game Jouhou also reports that a new title called Lexus for PS4 and PS3 has also been found in the source codes for Sega’s TGS 2015 page.

Seriously, that's a really weird name for a game, and Lexus is from japan so I'm sure it's trademarked there. What a weird name too choose. I hope it's not a racing game though.
