Mine is from the Gamecube classic Wave race blue storm, The first game I purchased for my shiny new console back in the day. I am still clinging to my dream of Nintendo doing a Wii U or even NX version of Wave race, but alas this franchise is placed in the black hole that F Zero has been lost in for all these years :(

Mine is Saber, a servant in the war to obtain the holy grail. Originally from the Visual Novel Fate/Stay Night (which i never read) and had appearances in a few other Type/Moon things like Anime adaptations etc.
She's one of my favorite Anime-characters and if i ever change my profile pic again, it will likely be another picture of her.

I'm a huge Ratchet & Clank fan, so I used my haxxor skills to take a snapshot out of the gameplay trailer and use it as my avatar. I used to have more... unorthodox avatars, but this suits me much more.
