I've never broken a controller or a system, or even thrown or smashed them out of anger. You're all fucking nuts. But once back in the day, my buddy was playing Bible Adventures on the NES, and it sucked so bad he like shoulder czeched his TV, and shoved it back out of the entertainment center until it hit the wall, but it got stuck between the wall and the entertainment center and survived. Then it was just a bitch to help pull it back into the slot and untangle all the wires. That guy was psycho.

Back in the good old days it was mandatory to throw the controller on the floor when you got angry. It stopped being a common practice when the N64 was released since the controller would break from the impact. Well, that or the floor.

Last gen - this gen for me since Im a bit retarded - i dropped a third party controller to my GC. You could use it as a maracas afterwards because of al the loose plastic inside. I used an abundance of epoxy glue to fix it so now it is as good as new.
