I've said that a long time ago (like even before consoles launched). Majority of people doesn't care, and a few that really think it's a deal breaker should just buy a PC and be happy.

It seems that two years in, the only company that still lingers on the whole resolution story is Microsoft, with all their DX12/cloud spins that just make them seem even worse than it is. If they just stopped harping on about resolution, nobody would care or even point out the differences.

There's no need to just toss it into the garbage. You could just sell it online or trade it in for more games. You must really have a thing for pixels.

As an xbox fan I agree with him for the most part. Though... The one game he's using to compare is a launch title that was released almost 2 years ago... Of course resolution talk is boring now. Not to mention the court case... Just a silly comparison.

They say this because it will make games perform better (PC gamers laugh at this remark), the only ones that care are the ones saying they get multiplats on ps4 as it performs and looks better, which is laughable.

Well, it's not laughable, they really do perform and look better...but it is so inconsequential that it shouldn't be a sole basis of choosing a version.

Just like if you want to buy a car, and one goes 0-100 in 4.5 and the other in 5.2 seconds. Sure, one performs better, but how often do you even have a chance to do so, and are 0.7 seconds that important to a casual driver? But then, the slower car company keeps advertising - with new sparkplugs we will be able to achieve 4.65 seconds...
