I'm surprised there's no Xbox version, considering the predecessors were Xbox exclusives.
That said, didn't they say this wasn't going to come to the west? Perhaps that's the reason they didn't try to put in on Xbox.

You don't even need an English version for this, it really isn't the type of the game that you play for plot or dialogue

story mode about the characters when they ended up champions. lol. :)
