This is Koei Tecmo we're talking about so I wouldn't rule out an Xbox version just yet. They seem to be the Japanese publisher most likely to release PS only in Asia but make an Xbox version when localising.

reading the thread on gaf, sounds like this one is staying in Asia due to "cultural differences"
