25 off seems more like a promotion/deal, but yeah, maybe it can be a sign of a price cut.

Its sold by amazon itself for that, the older models can be found for 350€. a price drop is long overdue

Every PS4 was 20% off last week in every Media Markt store in Germany.
There were so much good bundles (PS4 + 2 controller / PS4 + The Last of Us: Remastered + The Order: 1886) for only 320€ (400€ x 0,80 = 320€)!!! I bought a PS4 with 2 controller.
