they may have the most exclusives, but they are also excluded from most games.

OT: I am actually surprised by both companies output thus far, thought the quality and quantity of exclusives would be lower.

So let me get this straight: All year the PS4 has been getting lots of Indies and it has AAA titles. In the mean time XB1 fans have been telling us it's all about waiting for Christmas. Now that Christmas is approaching, it's 'Soony'? Are you frigin' serious? I'm constantly baffled by this alternate reality some people espouse in which the PS4 has somehow got nothing (with plenty) and the XB1 has plenty (without anything). Do facts no longer matter?

No ... it's not. That sentence is constructed in a particular way in order to write the word 'Soony'. Why would you say 'Good for Sony and the PS4'? It's a dig and one of many mindblowing comment we read on a daily basis, presumably from people who either don't see or don't want to see. Given that the facts are written in huge neon letter and strapped to the side of a stadium sized zeplin that's circling every major city, I'd have to go with the latter.

It's funny how the op purposely left out xbox one games that r exclusive

The PS3 version is digital on EUA/Europe.

What games did I miss? I'll gladly add them.

Just so everybody knows, I'm putting together a list of PS4/Xbox One games that are "platform exclusive" aswell. I haven't decided if It'll go in the OP as a bonus list, whether I'll just put it up in a post on here, or I might even make a new thread for it to keep the conversations separate. Either way, the list is coming and should, baring some massive incident, be up tomorrow around mid-day EST. I'm going to post the rules I'm following for the list now, and I'll be adding my definition of "True" exclusive to the OP presently.


For a game to qualify for the *Platform Exclusive* list it must:

1. Have only ever come out on a Sony or MS console/handheld*
2. Have launched for the PS4/Xbox One as it's own version

*I am making an exception for Rare Replay, since a good chunk of the games are indeed MS only games, and MS owns the dev and all of the ips in the collection.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I'm only including games that have already launched.
