The market can only sustain so many of these games. The toys cost too much, and with more desirable products on the market (Skylanders, Amiibo) we were always gonna see one or two casualties.

Now that LEGO are also getting in on the game, its gonna be interesting to see how long they last.

About time they did some X-men, isn't it? Oh wait.... forgot.

Hmm, pie.

I know with Amiibo, Nintendo releases new figures throughout the year to sustain momentum, does Disney Infinity do the same or did they just release a bunch of figures at once?

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Bound to happen, can only buy so many games and figurines.

Cannot say I am surprised. While it was a good idea to have famous movie characters initially, Infinity would have stalled out sooner than later. Skylanders and Amiibo are most likely going to be the two heavyweight contenders for the time being. Hopefully what Carl-Sensei alluded to regarding LEGO changes this, but time will have to tell.

They would be doing much better if they made these higher-quality titles.

Graphically, these games are at the bottom of the barrel on every platform. The content is really a hot mess too.

Say what you will about Skylanders - the presentation of that game is done really well. Lego Dimensions is doing a much better job with interesting content.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
