I was playing it on ps4 until Nom Nom Galaxy took over my interest.
It's fun to drive and fly around but the actual missions are very scripted and restrictive. At least they're varied but I've started to skip sections where it's just endless waves of boring enemies to shoot through. I'll get back to it, yet it's not even close to the experience SA was. Plus the cut scenes are all awful, I skip them most of the time so don't really know what the full story is about, just parts from the conversations they have while driving. (Which they repeat ad nauseam if the section keeps resetting because of control issues or not exactly following the directions)
The best moments are still those you create yourself. Epic police chase through subway tunnels, sewers, that finally ends up in the airport. Barely get away with a jet but it got hit and is smoking badly, no parachute. Going to crash, can just make it to the water reservoir, jump out right before hitting the water and survive :)
Or get a truck and plow through everything in the way, just beware of those flimsy motorcycles that can flip a 20t truck upside down if it gets under the wheels. It's a great game to live out your road rage fantasies.
