I had the same question. I can't see MS allowing this, but surely the stream won't be PS4 exclusive too? Perhaps a filter on the XB1 version? I got it from this guy so see if you can make sense of it than be because I know nothing about esports:

Check their reports they are making piles of money off of PS4.  Ulike MS they have never had to throw much money at issues (Or chose not to).  Supperior marketshare and suppport is moreso what they try to offer, in addition to some money.

I agree they don't.  Windows has dominated souly because it is the standard.  Meanwhile OSX, Linux, and android continue to take more and more of the OS marketshare as time goes on, and Apple makes far more money with far less marketshare.



Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

Its the only way Sony will have any decent exclusives, so far they've been underwhelming.

Im not talking about sales. Im talking about quality AAA exclusives. So far its been underwhelming. Besides, mock USA all you want, but they are a more important market than Japan and all the small European countries that just buys the annual Fifa games. Xbox one and PS4 multiplatform game sales are on par if you eliminate the bundled games. Sorry, but Microsoft xbox one is here to stay and will also continue to get third party support as well.

Forza H2>Driveclub  (DC has been fixed up nice and is a good racer now though)

Sunset Overdrive>Littlebigplanet 3

 

The Order>Screamride

Bloodborne is the best current gen exclusive thus far.

 

X1 not a single major exclusive since Sunset Overdrive.

 

PS4 has the better 1st party line up, though not by much.  That said X1 has been very underwhelming as of late.

 

OT both companies do it, should be used to it by now.

Fail 1) PS4 have today more quality AAA exclusives than Xbone

Fail 2) EU > US in terms of videogame market

Fail Bold) Sarcarm? Because PS4 sell way more (close to 2x) more multi than Xbone even if you deny bundles... better you can even use bundles for Xbone and remove for PS4

This news should have been expected. After all Playstation is now the "home of COD" and since I always supported COD no matter which platform was considered its home. I can say that this is amazing news .
