Forums - Microsoft - In its only two shows of the year, MS didn't make any significant new game announcements?

All from E3 or Gamescom 2015 AFAIK and I could be leaving some out. These are all significant for me.

talk about some nit picking. if you cant consider gears a new announcement then might as well not consider Horizon a new announcement since we knew GG were making a PS4 exclusive, so it was its unvieling. maybe when GT7 is announced we dont count it as well, because the devs already mentioned it before.

Hey? We only knew a bit about Horizon due to leaks, nothing official was ever said. Gears 4 was official a long time ago. By that logic Scale bound and Crackdown were announced today instead of last year.

If that was it then I wouldn't have mentioned Forza 6 either

They are just the type of games that get thrown into the indie-type basket, whether we like them or not doesn't matter here. you already know most games I like aren't significant either.

Shu said Guerilla Games next PS4 game will be Epic on the day the PS4 launched. thats official as it gets. then GG said they are making a new IP at the japan launch, thats official as well. 

we knew MS bought the franchise and we knew who was making it. but we didnt know what the game was exactly. it could have been called gears mega shit heads for all we know. Gears 4 was announced during E3. try finding an official announcement of "Gears 4" or "Gears of War 4" before E3 and you wont find any.

That's good. I hate hearing about games far from release, and then we have to see trailers of those games at every conference for the next 2-3 years.
