Well, it actually looks exactly like Crackdown. Almost like the original game with a few tweaks.
I didn't like it then, so nothing for me here ten years later.

I doubt they will change the physics. It looks more impressive when every piece is tumbling down individually. Structural integrity is boring.
It's probably also easier and more predictable to do it like that.

Arkham Knight's destruction wasn't like that but looked super impressive.

It looks pretty good in the graphics departement. Not the Order, Uncharted 4, Driveclub or Ratchet and Clank but still very nice. I never played Crackdown but it looks like much fun, nice Job MS
