"Awesome" is a very strong word. He needed a punt return to overcome a terrible fumble, and while he completed some good passes, he also often missed open players. Better game than I expected from him though. And power to the Bears' secondary for not being the total joke I expected.
True, I just give opposing QBs extra credit for surviving the Seattle defense. He had to stand and deliver some sharp balls when he was absolutely going to take a wallop on release, and he manned up and did it. I think it bodes to be a massive upgrade at QB for STL this year. Their defense has been predictably solid for a while now, but their offense has been terrible.
We will know more over the next few games I guess. I felt like Foles got shortchanged by the Eagles.
Chiefs scoring 27 points in 1 half against the Texans.. My luck.
Seahawks losing early to Rams has playoff implications if the Cardinals do nicely.
Mariota actually looks pretty good so far. Winston on the other hand.... lets just say it ain't pretty

I don't think so. Dropping a game to the Rams has been a Seahaeks tradition: it doesn't really impact the long term, especially in Week One.

To be honest, I think it's the former. I know the Colts are prone to have the ocassional bad game (see their trip to Dallas last year), but the Bills looked really freaking good at times. I'll admit, I'm more than a little anxious about the game next week now.
