I don't mean to sound racist or anything but in their culture it's not a big deal to have sex with brothers sisters or cousins. In-breeding would likely cause a change in mitosis and create other gene disorders due to shared reccesive alleles coming together.

 Actually you're wrong. Hinduism is strongly against incest. India is very much largely Hindu. 

In any case the reason for there being so many fucked up kids in India is because not only do they have a ridiculous number of people they also have a huge birth rate per person. So yeah, good odds.

In-breeding is not really a problem - animal breeders do this all the time.

The entire world population of cheetas (highly endangered)  are believed to have been wiped out to only 2 closly related individuals but these animals are very healthy ones with no bad recessive disorders and if people stopped killing them and destroying their environment they will eventually recover to a healthy population.

Expression of minor recessive genetic disorders is common color blindness is just one of thousands of minor ones which are very common. Late onset ones like parkinsons are rare. Any severe recessive disorders are hidden by instant death of the sex cells even before they even get to the emberyo stage of development or if not shortly afterwards.   If it were not for this constant gene filtering going on life could not exist as it does.

There are already twins in India joined by the head, they are over 7 years old now, I can't remember how old, I think it's a bit older than 10 but not sure.

They were shown in the same documentary about the 8 limbed girl in India.

Actually yes it is. Animal breeders do do it and that is why, for example, pedigree dogs have a shorter life expectancy than mongrels.
