i have never even touched a nitendo console. I've seen it played though, fun, but not for me.

Ok Like leo-j my first console was the snes. I'm 14 , and my mom got it for herself when I was 3. I didn't start playing the games until I was like 5-6 which I had about 30 games to play , because my mom beat them all and didn't have time to play games anymore.

After I have beaten all of those game I wanted a n64. I got a n64 , and also played game on my pc i.e TES: Arena, Dagerfall and Quake. Some games I got on my n64 were OoT(My Favorite game of all time Tied with The original Metroid),SM64, and Mk64. About 2 yrs in the generation I got a ps1. I played crash and spyro alot. I didn't really play it that much , but loved alot of games.I also had a gameboy color around this time. I played the crap out of my GBC. I bought the most games for it and enjoyed it alot.

Now in the 6th gen I was mostly a pc gamer. I got a ps2 and GC, but loved the pc. My favorite games being HL2, and Ghost Recon games. My second favoritewas the ps2 , because of its large library of games such as GoW and R&C. I also liked my GC which introduced me to my favorite series Metroid. My first experience wit metroid prime was wonderful. The blend between a puzzle, adventure, and shooter made me love the game so much. After buying prime I got obsessed with other metroid games. I bought a nes and took out my snes to play the old ones. I got all of the gameboy ones. When buying my nes and Metroid I found a game that tied with OoT as one of my favorites. In 2005 I bought the original ds and loved it. I buy about 2 ds games a month and have almost 100 of them.

Now this gen I bought my WII first with Twilight Princess and Red steel. Twilight princess is one of my favorite wii games. I bought a 360 last summer and a ps3 last fall. I don't game on my pc too much anymore other than RTS' and MMOs. My favorite games this gen are MP3 and R&C ToD. The wii is my favorite console if you haven't notice , but I give my ps3 ,and 360 alot of play time too. I also bought a psp around christmas. I have a few games for it , but mostly use it for media purposes.

I don't really care about graphics as much as I used too. Now I love the art of games more , and love colors in my games. I guess that is my bio.

A 13 to 25 year old insecure male gamer are the most likely to be rabid fans of the PS3 or XBox 360 (and Hate the Wii) because they're far more obsessive about violence, advanced graphics and meaningless technical features. As (many) gamers get older and more mature they stop caring as much about what other people think of their gaming habits, focus more on what they really enjoy about games, and get a lot more perspective on advancements in technology.
