apparently the PS4 versions runs on unreal 4 and it sounds like the 3DS version will get a new 3DS XL bundle.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

I think that's a given, consoles in Japan are suffering hard, I can see the the 3DS version selling more as a result.
My guess is that the 3DS version is for the guaranteed sales and the PS4 version is to push the PS4 in Japan.
The games will be so graphically different that I am sure most people will consider them to be two different games.
