We're getting towards dangerously close territory. Sony has really embraced cross play for quite a while amongst PC/PS4/3/vita and MS really start to seem to wanting to do it now with PC.

I think wii u and ps3 had a cross play game, albeit asynchronous (snooker game?)

If rocket league comes to xbox one, it will either have to have cross play with ps4 and pc, or just play with the xbox community, which wouldn't be as large if it doesn't come to GWG.

Sony's embraced it with a few games, SFV for example, a couple others which escape me. Microsofts first forray was project spark then fable legends. Is the time coming...?

only game i could see this coming is a new minecraft version
every other game: NO!
but even that one, probably no

console exclusive + pc crossplatform play.

Someone should do a kickstarter for such a game and call it Fanboy vs. Fanboy it could be a fps. Ps4 characters can be blue and white and Xbox can be black and green. And at the end of each day the stats are posted. The winning team for the month gets discount DLC. How awesome would that be?

Could see this happening.

You could stream Rocket League from your PC to your X1.

nevermind...

I don't think so.

I would like a lot that since most of my friends have a PS4.

Eh the only way I see it happening is if a company like Activision say they wont bring CoD to XBO if thry dont allow cross play. MS have already shown they arent fans of cross play and have lost out on some games because of it.

Nope.

I can't see something like this ever happening.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
