Mario Santa.

Ninja Bowser kidnpas Santa and all the X-mas presents. The elves come to mario to take his place. You race to defeat Ninja Bowser's minions, rescue the toys and deliver them to houses making use of roof to roof platforming.

Eventually you save Santa and he treats you to a Hamburger for being the only man who was a bad enough dude to replace Santa for one night.

Seriously though... it seems like a given there would be a big game out around X-mas.

@sc94597, maybe not officially but would you honestly be amazed or shocked if they were announced. Iwould actually be quite happy if they did announce them but I would be indifferent because I know it will happen or it wont. No middle ground my son. I do hope its epic though. A brand new IP would be nice.

Mother 3 remade for the DS for all regions, Animal Crossing Wii announced, Kid Icarus Wii announced, Star Fox Wii announced, Zelda Wii announced.

 I would love a remake of mother 1 for the U.S, mother 2(Earthbound), and Mother 3 for the us on the ds. 

Remember last year when they dropped the bombshells of Wii Fit and SMG? They totally stole the show.

They were able to keep those pretty secret until the last minute. They have been able to keep their projects well hidden until they decide to show them.

Impossible. We all know Wii has no 08 lineup after Brawl, Fit, Kart.

Sarcasm aside Animal Crossing Wii does seem the most likely possibility since he mentioned the "expanded" audience. AC is the perfect fit to please both core N gamers who loved it on the GC and help with the new casuals they are going after.

they stole the show! you are sure about that. Anyway, it's PR talk, i expect more remakes of previous games and probably a new ip.
