I may be super late to this and everyone else may know this but me,

But I recently lost my subscription to PS+ I just didn't have the money to buy another year, hopefully I can get a month soon so I can get Rocket League for free. But I thought it would be interesting to see what else paying for PS+ granted me other than the online play and the free games (makes it more than worth it)

Turns out without PS+ you can still stream all your games to twitch and use all the share features to share snapshots and video clips with friends. You can still use PARTY CHAT whilst playing games and the only thing I can't do at the moment is play online. 

I'm sure not everyone here has PS+ so you probably knew this already, but as someone who's never owned  a PS4 without PS+ this is mind blowing for me. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else didn't know this.

Actually you can still play online with free to play games like Blacklight Retrubition and War Thunder. PS+ isnt required for them too

Some games like watchdogs have one online match mode that you can play without ps+. Also, you can play fifa ultimate team fully, except the online season which you play against other people in.

I made a thread a few years back when I deleted some movies I purchased on PS3. Turns out, if you delete a movie on PS3, you can't download it again. I lost like $100 in movies!

So, I turn on my pS4 and the movies were back! I didn't even have to download then. AND there were even some movies I illegally downloaded (and saved to my PS3) in my library just like I had purchased them!! It was a pretty sweet discovery.
