I once had a suspicion based on the whois-information but the user is gone and thus I think it's of no use to talk about him. But it's interesting that the only contribution by you to this thread is a reply to a post who has a certain suspicion ;)

But no, I didn't think it was you.

Well PM me who you think it was because I suspected someone on N4Gs. I could never prove anything but the way he was using numbers in supposed N4Gs posts lead to him being more or less identically to the numbers being posted on Insiderp. Don't ask me for his name though because I've not seen him for a very long time.

I still think the creator of insiderp was the one who kept making threads using their super false claims.

And who would that be?

I wouldn't know if I'm wrong yet. As I said, I still think you're affiliated with that site. Whether you owned it or not.

But why do you think I'm affiliated? Just because I posted three articles from them? Seriously? I even mentioned several times that I still wasn't convinced by their numbers even though the reason I originally posted them was that they were pretty close a couple of times. I decided to give them a while to see how accurate they were on average. They failed my test and I stopped posting them. It's not complicated.

For me, it just feels like you're trying to discredit me on this site.

The source was so non-credible that there shouldn't have even been multiple threads. It makes anyone who believed the claims and took them as fact look silly. It was a fanboy site who claimed random guesses that favored PS4 and put down Xbox One.

yeah I noticed their absence quite some time ago. Don't know how anyone could believe the stuff they were publishing there even for a second.

I didn't post them as fact. I just found them interesting because they were close a couple of times. This could have been either luck or something more legitimate. Whilst I could never fully consider them legitimate (as I expressed many times) there was no reason to 'completely' dismiss them. The best thing to do in that situation is see how they perform over time and evaluate how many times they were right and how many times they were wrong. I was eventually convinced they were fake and stopped posting them.
