One of them is a delayed game, and the other one is taking 3 years between its announcement and its release (announced too soon)

So yeah, they're gonna have to do something about that. Soon

 

Actualy we curently have 4 Wii U games for 2016.

-Project Treasure
-Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem
-Mario and Sonic at the Rio Olympics
-Zelda U

Nope, any Direct or trade show between now and the holidays will focus on games releasing up to the holidays. The earliest I could see them showing it again is during a Dec/Jan Direct after Nintendo's holiday titles have all launched.

don't be too surprised.  When brawl got delayed it became a february launch.  Mario kart, arguably a bigger title if going by sales, was a spring release.  I think the scope of zelda will keep it from releasing as soon as february, but don't be shocked if we see it in may.  I would figure nintendo would have already had a xmas title in mind b4 delaying zelda, so i wouldn't think they would want to compete with themselves on the market.

     I know alot of people believe that nintendo is delaying the game to push to the nx, but the likelyhood we see the nx in stores in 2016 is fairly unlikely (*not impossible).  I doubt very much nintendo is delaying zelda by 2 years.  I for one am more inclined to believe that the team really did open up a new mode or creative oppurtunity in the game that they simply want to explore.  Will that oppurtunity cost us a full year?  that remains to be seen, but either way i wouldn't be surprised.

Yes but when was last home console 3D Zelda released in spring?

I think they will need more time for Zelda U, so Q4 2016. is far more likely than spring.

Also we dont know when NX will be revealed and released, recent informations points that NX will be released in 2016.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime. 

The NX will be a 900p machine

march 2003, windwaker. (may in europe).  it did release in dec in japan if that counts.

I heard though that project treasure is gonna be an E-shop game if im not mistaken. But still 4 games only is a bit barren,  i think Nintendo will announce tons of more Wii U titles and release NX 2017 eearly or late 2017

They're probably going to re-reveal it whenever they officially announce the NX. I'm guessing that's going to be e3 2016.
