Full HD remake of Chrono Trigger would make me go crazy. A lot of people lose it over FFVII, but for me the top dog of the old school RPGs is Chrono Trigger and seeing it recreated in HD would be astonishing.

Agreed a new Red Dead would be awesome, a few others Borderlands 3, a sequel to Sleeping Dogs (a proper one) or an old school Spyro as I loved playing the ones on my GameBoy as a kid
